Shipping and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to physical items (e.g., accessories, vehicle parts) purchased through the EVCOMP platform, if applicable.

1. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within [2–3] business days.

  • Delivery time depends on the destination and courier partner, typically 5–7 business days.

  • Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for return/exchange are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or digital downloads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
