Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for return/exchange are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Custom orders or digital downloads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
